stores
data
chunk
files,
striped
across
storage
targets.

client-server
architecture,
it
scales
performance
and
capacity

the
needs
of
HPC
clusters.
BeeGFS
offers
features
like
automatic
failover
and
dynamic
load
balancing,
ensuring
high
availability
and
optimal
performance.
Western Digital OpenFlex Data24 NVMe-oF Storage Platform
Western
Digital's
OpenFlex
Data24
NVMe-oF
storage
platform
offers
high
performance
for
shared
storage, allowing low latency sharing of NVMe SSDs over a high-performance Ethernet fabric.
It
uses
Western
Digital's
RapidFlex™
NVMe-oF
controllers,
allowing
up
to
six
hosts
to
be
attached
without
a
switch.
The
platform
can
be
used
as
a
disaggregated
storage
resource
in
an
open
composable infrastructure environment or as a direct replacement for SAS external storage.
The
platform
can
be
specified
with
just
two
RapidFlex
adapters
for
simpler
environments
or
as
a
direct replacement for SAS external storage.
The
platform
uses
the
Ultrastar
DC
SN840
NVMe
SSDs,
a
performance
NVMe
SSD
for
cloud
compute
and
enterprise
workloads,
and
can
achieve
up
to
71.4
GB/s
of
128K
bandwidth
and
over
16.7
MIOPS
at 4K block size.
